Ordering Information
1. Fill up the order form to complete your order.
2. Invoices will be sent on first come first served basis.
3. Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours after submission of order form.
4. In the event that you do not receive any invoice, it means that the item is all pending/sold and you will be placed on our waiting list.
5. If there are any backorders, we will notify you via email.
Payment
1. Please make payment only after receiving an invoice.
2. We only accept payment by POSB/DBS ibanking or ATM transfer.
3. Payment would be made to POSB SAVINGS 405-22963-3
4. For ATM transfer, please attach a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt via email. (Note: Scanned copies are not allowed.)
5. Payment is to be made within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours, item(s) will be passed on to the next buyer.
6. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in you being blacklisted, unless agreed otherwise.
7. Prices are not inclusive of normal postage unless stated otherwise.

Registered Postage: Additional $2.55
A.M Mail (Letterbox): Additional $2.60

Smartpac (Up to 3kg): Additional $4.70
*Free normal postage for purchase of 4 or more items.
Delivery
1. Orders will not be amended once they have been processed for delivery.
2. All orders will be processed within 2 working days upon verification of payment.
Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).
3. Shopobsessions will not be held liable for any lost parcels or items damaged in the process of delivery.
4. Strictly no meet-ups unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges/Returns
1. All exchanges have to be done within 7 days after delivery of parcel. The item(s) have to be in brand new condition: Not worn or washed.
2. Strictly no return of item(s). Exchange of item(s) will be carried out if item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected*.
There is strictly no refund unless the exact same piece is out of stock.
Products
1. Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
2. Please note that there may be a difference of 0.5”-1” between the item(s) received and the given measurements on our site due to mass manufacturing.
3. Shopobsessions will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges or returns if the article was not purchased from us directly from our site.
Product Care
1. You are advised to hand wash all apparels without soaking for the first few washes.
2. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
Pre-orders
1. No changes will be allowed once payment has been received. If the item ordered is out of stock, you can either opt to change to a different item or request for a refund.
2. Items are estimated to arrive 2-4 weeks after the preorder closes. Please order only if you can wait. The estimated arrival dates are for reference only. We are not liable for any delay in shipment but will email you should there be one.
3. Only one address is allowed for each order.
4. Strictly no return of item(s). We will do an exchange for defective items.*
*There may be 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements due to mass manufacturing. In such cases, the difference may not be considered as a defect. There may be slight colour discrepancies due to the lighting of the photoshoot or the brightness of your screen and SOS will not be liable for such discrepancies.
